Shipping, Warranty & Returns Policy


Due to high demand- some shipping delays may occur. 

Once shipped customers will receive an email with tracking to monitor. Once fulfilled, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery in the US, EU and Israel, and up to 2-6 weeks elsewhere (international delivery times may vary). While we do all we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible, in some cases, overload on shipping services may result in unexpected delivery delays. The above estimates still apply, but please allow a little extra time. 

Tempdrop is currently not available in:

Brazil, Caribbean Netherlands, Colombia, Mexico, Ukraine, Russia, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Turkey, Åland Islands, Armenia.

      Tempdrop One-year Satisfaction Guarantee

      Add our optional upgrade to your Tempdrop at the time of purchase for a one-year satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your Tempdrop, you can return it for a refund anytime within the year.

      You will be refunded with your purchase price, less a $15 returns handling fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs*

      The Tempdrop sensor must be returned with the armband and in good working condition.


      The following are not eligible for a refund:

      • Shipping costs.
      • Armbands and accessories.
      • Damaged Tempdrop - If your sensor is no longer working, please contact us for help with a warranty assessment.
      • Any VAT/Tax portion charged during checkout.
      • Customs charges, import duties and associated fees

       30-Days Change of mind 

      When a box is still sealed and, the product is unused, we may exercise discretion and grant a refund (within 30 days). A $20 handling and restocking fee will be deducted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

      To qualify for a change of mind  refund, the following conditions must be met:

      • A return authorization must be requested from Tempdrop customer support within 30 days of the date of the order.
      •  Photo proof of the unopened packaging will be required (the silver seal sticker on the box packaging must be visibly intact).


      All returns are inspected for damage upon receipt. 

      *US customers are offered a pre-paid label or may choose their own carrier. When a pre-paid label is used, the cost will be withheld from the refund ($5 or less).

      The Small Print

      The one-year return option is a satisfaction guarantee. We reserve the right to request a reason for the return and have the opportunity to resolve the problem before initiating the return. The satisfaction guarantee is not transferable to a third party and is only actionable by the original purchaser.

      To be eligible for the refund, the device must be mailed to us within one year of the date of purchase (or 30 days for a change of mind). 

      Only devices purchased directly from the official tempdrop.com website are eligible for a refund under this policy.

      How to initiate a return

      Contact Tempdrop customer service at support@temp-drop.com with your purchase information and the reason for your return. Unauthorized returns can result in your package being lost or the return being rejected. 

      In the USA, customers may use a provided pre-paid label or choose their own shipping carrier. We recommend using a tracked service (lost returns are the buyer's responsibility). Please send us the tracking details to ensure the refund is processed on time. Items lost or damaged in transit are no longer eligible for a refund.

      When will you get your refund?

      Within 14 business days of your return being received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued your refund, less the $15 handling fee or $20 restocking fee (and return shipping if we have provided a pre-paid label). Once the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method than the one originally used for purchase.

      Late or Missing Refunds 

      If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of it being processed, first check with your card provider or PayPal account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@temp-drop.com, and we will do our best to help.


      Manufacturer’s Warranty 

      Tempdrop devices come with a standard, one-year manufacturer's warranty. You can upgrade this at checkout to two years with the optional satisfaction guarantee add-on.  The warranty starts from the date of purchase.

      Armbands are covered under a three-month manufacturer's warranty. 

      Please contact us at support@temp-drop.com to troubleshoot any issues. All assessments are done remotely for your convenience. If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it and cover the shipping costs.

      To initiate a claim under warranty, the following process must be followed:

      • Open the Tempdrop app and click the “message” icon on the top left section of the main screen or through “contact support” in the app’s menu. If you don’t have access to the Tempdrop app, please email support@temp-drop.com.  In your message,  Provide as much information as possible about the issue, along with screenshots, photos and/or videos when appropriate.
      • A remote assessment will be carried out to determine the cause of the fault.
      • Incidents that fall outside the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty include (but are not limited to) accidental user damage, loss, water damage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage and incorrect battery placement.
      • Where a user attempts to resolve the issue themselves without the guidance of a Tempdrop employee, the warranty will be void. Please do not open the Tempdrop for any reason other than to change the battery when prompted (following the guidance in the app menu) or at the direction of a Tempdrop team member.



      The faulty device will be exchanged when a defect is found to be within the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty. The exchange will be for the Tempdrop sensor only (not armbands or other accessories unless faulty). The faulty device must be returned to Tempdrop, where a return is requested. The faulty device will be blocked from the Tempdrop servers once an exchange is initiated.

      Tempdrop Insurance 

      Protect your Tempdrop sensor against accidental loss or damage. Upgrade at the time of purchase to save or add it after purchase at any time.

      Insurance T&Cs:

      One-year renewable insurance against loss or accidental damage of your Tempdrop sensor. 

      • First claim replacement on your Tempdrop sensor is free.
      • Additional claims within the same year are subject to an extra $49 fee for each replacement sensor
      • $19 processing fee for every claim
      • Armband replacements can be added to each sensor claim for an additional $9
      • Insurance cannot be added retroactively after loss or damage. Sensor activity will be checked before a claim is approved
      • The original sensor will become the property of Tempdrop and will be deactivated. If a lost sensor is found, it must be returned to Tempdrop

      To start an insurance claim, contact support through the Tempdrop app. Provide the insurance order number, user email address (app login) and details. To renew your insurance annually ($45), contact our team.
