Shipping, Warranty & Returns Policy
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Please note: Due to high demand during Nov/Dec - unexpected shipping delays may occur.
Once shipped customers will receive an email with tracking to monitor. Once fulfilled, please allow 1 week for delivery in the US and Israel, and up to 2-6 weeks elsewhere (international delivery times may vary). While we do all we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible, in some cases, overload on shipping services may result in unexpected delivery delays. The above estimates still apply, but please allow a little extra time.
Tempdrop is currently not available for UK, Colombia, Caribbean Netherlands and Brazil.
Shipping rates will be added at checkout before payment is processed.
Add our optional upgrade to your Tempdrop at the time of purchase for a 1-year/365-day returns policy (refund of your purchase less a $15 handling fee*).
Unsealed Tempdrops (without the upgrade), armbands and frames are not eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, contact Tempdrop customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase information and the reason for your return. Sending a return without contacting us first may result in your refund being rejected.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
*Any VAT portion charged during checkout is non refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued your refund, less the $15 handling fee, within 14 business days. Once the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty for Tempdrop or a two-year manufacturer's warranty for our optional extended warranty upgrade (must be purchased at the time of checkout). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to troubleshoot the issue. All assessments are done remotely for your convenience. If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it and cover shipping provided it falls inside the warranty window.
