Shipping & Returns Policy
Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. Please allow up to a week for delivery in the US and Israel, and up to 2-3 weeks elsewhere. Unfortunately in some cases, unexpected delivery delays may occur due to the current Covid-19 overload on delivery services. The above estimates still apply, but please allow a little extra time.
Due to unreliable postal services in some countries, a small $10 charge will be added to guarantee delivery by an insured service. These include:
- Saudi Arabia
- South Africa
Upgrade by adding Confidence to your Tempdrop at the time of purchase for a 1-year/365-day returns policy (refund of your purchase less a $15 handling fee*).
Tempdrop (without the add-on), extra armbands and frames are not eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, contact Tempdrop customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase information and the reason for your return. Sending a return without contacting us first may result in your refund being rejected.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
*Any VAT portion charged during checkout is non refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued your refund, less the $15 handling fee, within 14 business days. Once the refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty for Tempdrop or a two-year manufacturer's warranty for our optional Tempdrop Confidence add-on. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to troubleshoot the issue. All assessments are done remotely for your convenience. If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it and cover shipping provided it falls inside the warranty window.
