Tempdrop Insurance

Tempdrop Insurance is an optional policy that protects your Tempdrop sensor against accidental user damage or loss (e.g., dropping, water damage, or misplacing your sensor). It also includes cover for any faults that may occur outside of the warranty period.

Tempdrop comes with an included 12 month manufacturer warranty (can be extended to 24 months if the extended warranty add-on is purchased at the time of ordering). This warranty covers anything arising from a manufacturing flaw or fault. However, the warranty does not cover loss or accidental user damage.

Coverage lasts for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase and can be renewed annually.

The Tempdrop sensor has a standard warranty which includes a 12-month manufacturer coverage for defects, flaws, or hardware malfunctions. If a remote assessment confirms a covered defect, Tempdrop exchanges the sensor and covers shipping. It does not cover accidental damage, loss, or fabric armbands.
