A traditional BBT thermometer requires you to wake at the same time every day after at least 3–4 hours of consecutive sleep. For shift workers, on-call professionals, or new parents, these requirements are often impossible to meet.
Tempdrop removes these barriers by monitoring your temperature continuously throughout the night (or day). Our patented algorithm filters out disturbances caused by changing sleep times, bathroom trips, or waking up to a pager. As long as you wear the sensor for at least three hours and get a minimum of two hours of sleep (even if not consecutive), Tempdrop will provide a valid, accurate BBT reading.
