Tempdrop comes with an included 12-month manufacturer warranty (can be extended to 24 months if the extended warranty add-on is purchased at the time of ordering). This warranty covers anything arising from a manufacturing flaw or fault. All assessments are made remotely for a quick resolution. This warranty does not cover loss or accidental user damage.
Tempdrop Insurance is an optional accidental damage or loss insurance. Our in-house policy gives you insurance against accidental damage or loss for 1 year from the date of purchase. Insurance for your Tempdrop can be purchased at any time, provided it is in good working order.
