Vanilla Pear Spritz: Flirty, feminine, & zero proof!

If you're trying to conceive or just trying to heal your gut, then you'll love our alternatives to alcoholic drinks for the holiday season!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pear (or ⅓ cup of pear juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sparkling water
  • Fresh rosemary

Juice 1 pear or use ⅓ cup of pear juice & shake together with ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour into a wine or martini glass & top with sparkling water. Spank a spring of Rosemary to wake up the aroma & use as garnish.

Citrus Mint Sparkler: Zesty, Minty, and Fertility-Friendly

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes to serve
  • Citrus slices for garnish

In a shaker, combine the grapefruit, chopped mint leaves, and honey. Shake well. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the citrus and mint mixture over the ice and top it off with sparkling water. Garnish with citrus slices and a sprig of mint!

Apple Ginger Spritz: This mocktail will boost your gut health!

Ingredients: 

  • Ground Cinnamon OR Pumpkin Spice
  • Ginger Kombucha
  • Apple Cider (non-alcoholic)
  • Ice to serve

Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon or pumpkin spice, then pour equal parts of ginger kombucha and apple Cider into the glass. Serve over ice.

Berry Bliss: Sweet, Tart, and Berryliciously Nourishing!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Ice cubes to serve

In a blender, combine the mixed berries, chia seeds, honey, and coconut water. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture over ice cubes in a tall glass. Garnish with a few whole berries on top and a spring of mint. 

Sober Hot Toddy: Warm, with a little bite!

Ingredients: 

  • Apple Cider (non-alcoholic)
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Orange Peel
  • Cloves
  • Turmeric
  • Black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper (optional)

On the stove, heat all the ingredients together with plenty of apple cider.  Pour and serve with a pinch of cayenne pepper, turmeric, and black pepper for a hot & spicy, anti-inflammatory kick that you'll sip on all night.
