We’ve put together a list of our top fertility health and fitness accounts we think you should follow for sound hormonal advice!

  • Audrey S. Geyer, Fertility Awareness Educator & High-Performance Women's Health Coach (@audreysgeyer).

She teaches you how to understand your cycles and confidently use a SymptoHormonal Method for health and to use your hormones to your advantage to achieve more (health, personal, or professional goals) with less stress.

Audrey also partners with @kendyll_marie to roll out their program Synch Your Strength.

  • Sophie Shepherd (@shetalkshealth) is a Functional Health and Empowerment Coach for your period, gut, thyroid & brain health.
