If your bicep measurement falls in the overlap range (12.5″–15.5″ / 31.5–39 cm), choose the Standard Armband size. A snug fit ensures the sensor stays securely positioned against your skin overnight for accurate readings, this also accounts for natural stretching that may occur over prolonged wear. The included extender also gives you extra room to adjust if needed.
- Wrap a flexible tape measure around your upper arm
- Measure at the fullest part (mid-bicep)
- Note the measurement in inches or centimeters
Yes, the fabric armband frame and pocket are designed to hold both Tempdrop 1.0 and Tempdrop 2.0 sensors securely.
Always remove the Tempdrop sensor first! You can hand wash your armband with a mild detergent. Air dry flat—do not tumble dry.
It should feel soft and snug against your upper arm—secure enough that it won't shift during sleep, but comfortable enough that it doesn't restrict circulation.
Your order includes the fabric armband and a matching size extender for easy adjustment.
